How does the additional-car offer work?
The first car costs £129, £149 or £179 depending on your location. Each additional car at the same location and appointment costs £99. For example, three cars in the £129 area cost £327 total. We confirm compatibility and the full price before booking.
Can you test my vehicle?
Support depends on the make, model, model year and battery variant. Send your details first and we’ll confirm AVILOO compatibility before arranging a paid test.
How long does the appointment take?
Allow around 30 minutes for setup, the FLASH test and an explanation of the result. We’ll confirm any preparation requirements before your visit.
What do I need to provide?
A safe, accessible parking space, the vehicle keys and permission to test the car. We’ll confirm any model-specific battery charge or preparation requirements before your visit.
Will it tell me how long my battery will last?
No. The result reflects battery condition at the time of the test. It cannot guarantee future performance, remaining life or acceptance of a manufacturer warranty claim.
Can you visit a car I’m thinking of buying?
Yes, subject to compatibility, location and the seller’s permission. Please agree access with the seller before requesting an appointment.
